These Terms and Conditions govern your use of electrostarcable.in and any purchase of goods from Electrostar Cables (“we”, “us”, “the Company”), having its registered place of business at I-1/42, Sector-5, Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi – 110039, India. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and specifications
We manufacture and supply low-tension power cables and flexible wires, including armoured, unarmoured, aerial bunched and flexible cables conforming to IEC 60502, BS 5467, BS 6004, BS 7870, IS 14255 and IS 694 as stated on each product page.
Cable is supplied in standard coil lengths stated on the product page. Quantity ordered is the number of coils. Custom cut lengths and drum lengths are available on request and are quoted separately.
Product images are indicative. Minor variations in colour, sheath marking and drum/coil packaging do not constitute a defect. Conductor resistance, insulation thickness and current rating conform to the applicable standard, subject to the tolerances permitted by that standard.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable GST (HSN 8544, currently 18%) is calculated and shown at checkout.
Copper and aluminium are exchange-traded commodities and cable pricing moves with metal prices. Prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of display and are confirmed at the point we accept your order. If the price of an item changes between your order being placed and accepted, we will contact you and you may confirm the revised price or cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may decline an order where the goods are unavailable, where the delivery address is outside our service area, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we are unable to verify the payment or the purchaser.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / UPI). Where payment is by bank transfer, goods are despatched only after funds are confirmed as received. Please quote your order number as the payment reference.

8. Warranty
We warrant that goods supplied conform to the standard stated on the product page and are free from manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage arising from incorrect installation, mechanical damage after delivery, use beyond the stated voltage or temperature rating, rodent or water ingress damage, or any alteration to the cable.
Warranty claims must be raised in writing to Electrostarcables@gmail.com with the order number, batch/drum marking and photographs of the affected length.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contract, plant downtime or costs of removal and reinstallation, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including raw material shortage, power failure, industrial action, transport disruption, natural disaster or government action.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
